Our quality policy sets out our commitment to ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of workmanship, safety and sustainability, and that our clients are satisfied with the finished product.
To achieve this, we will:
1. Emphasise Quality at Every Stage of the Project
We will make quality a top priority at every stage of the project, from initial design and planning, to construction, finishing and handover. We will ensure that quality standards are established and monitored throughout the project lifecycle, and that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively. All construction staff, including but not limited to, site managers, site foreman, engineers, architects, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and labourers, are accountable for upholding and implementing the established quality standards in their respective roles, ensuring a high-quality outcome in every aspect of the project.
2. Maintain High Standards of Workmanship
We will employ highly skilled and experienced professionals in all areas of construction, and provide ongoing training and development to ensure that our teams are equipped with the latest knowledge and techniques. We will use only high-quality materials and equipment, and ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards of workmanship and craftsmanship.
3. Ensure Compliance with Relevant Regulations and Standards
We will ensure that all of our projects comply with relevant regulations, codes and standards, including those relating to safety, environmental protection and sustainability. We will regularly review and update our policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with new and emerging requirements.
4. Engage with Clients and Stakeholders
We will engage with our clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that their expectations are understood and met. We will provide regular progress updates and ensure that any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
5. Continuously Improve Our Quality Performance
We will monitor and measure our quality performance using key performance indicators, and regularly review and update our policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement. We will encourage feedback from clients and stakeholders, and use this to inform our continuous improvement efforts. The following KPIs will be used to measure our quality performance on the site:
5.1 Safety Performance: Track safety incidents, accident frequency rates, and lost-time injury rates to ensure a safe working environment.
5.2 Schedule Performance Index (SPI): Measure the adherence to project schedules by comparing planned versus actual duration of project activities.
5.3 Cost Performance Index (CPI): Assess financial efficiency by comparing budgeted costs against actual costs incurred.
